Award 2025
The Hybrid Futures Award 2025 celebrates innovation at the intersection of art, technology, and creativity. This award, presented by :iidrr in collaboration with New Port AI, recognizes artists who push boundaries, reimagine possibilities, and engage with emerging tools and mediums to create work that resonates with the complexities of our evolving world.
This initiative invites creators from all disciplines to share their unique visions, exploring how technology and contemporary practices can converge to shape the future of art. With an emphasis on accessibility and meaningful recognition, the award seeks to amplify voices that challenge conventions and inspire new dialogues within the creative community.
Lenticular Print Technology
2D to 3D
We use depth algorithms to layer 2D images, then apply 3D algorithms for pixel offset and blank pixel filling, enabling the conversion of 2D images into 3D effects.

Animation
A sequence of frames (up to 56 frames) is extracted from the original animation to construct a complete frame sequence. By adjusting the field of view and focal points, dynamic images are generated that can be displayed without any electronic devices.
Parallax Effect
For works with layered psd files, we apply depth algorithms to each layer, converting them into 3D. Using multi-layer depth information, we simulate a 3D perspective and ultimately create a 2.5D depth effect.

3D Model
By precisely mapping the spatial coordinates of virtual 3D models to the lenticular diffraction range, a true stereoscopic visual effect is achieved on the lenticular sheet, ensuring realistic 3D depth perception from different viewing angles.
